How end of tenancy cleaning works
1. Finalise your move out date
You need to first finalise your move-out date with your estate agent, landlord or landlady. Make your logistics plans, such as packing and moving your items to your new address (House or storage centre) or use the services of a removal company.
2. Request a quote online
After you’ve finalised your move-out date and made all the necessary logistics plans, you should be certain about when the property will be empty and ready for an End of Tenancy cleaning. Use our form to request a quote for your cleaning.
When completing the form, provide as much information as possible.
3. We’ll call you to finalise everything
Once we receive your Quote Request email, we’ll call you to finalise everything about your cleaning requirement.
4. We’ll make your home sparkling and beautiful
Our team of experienced and professional cleaners gets to work in cleaning your home according to our estate agents approved checklist.
5. We’ll send you a post-clean report
We’ll send you a post-clean report within 48 hours of completing the cleaning. You should send a copy of this document to your estate agent, landlord or landlady to prove that an End of Tenancy cleaning took place.
6. Get your deposit back
As far as the cleaning of your property is concerned, you can be certain of getting your deposit back, but if you don’t pass your inspection, it won’t be because of the cleaning.

Frequently asked questions
Most tenancy agreements require that the tenant carries out an End of Tenancy cleaning at the end of the tenancy, to ensure that the property is clean and spotless for any new tenants to move in.
In the event that you fail to carry out an End of Tenancy cleaning, a fee could be deducted from your security deposit to cover the cost of cleaning the property.
Yes. We need the property to be empty of personal belongings and the fridge/freezer emptied and defrosted. Secondly, we need you to bag and bin all rubbish and leftovers.
And lastly, you need to provide us with electricity, hot water and working lights, so that we can give you the best End of Tenancy cleaning service.
End of Tenancy cleaning is more thorough than regular house cleaning and takes longer. Its aim is to make a house as clean as possible for the new tenants moving in.
Cleaning of kitchen appliances and white goods is included as standard in an End of Tenancy cleaning, and the cleaners also move the furnitures to clean underneath. All cabinets and cupboards are cleaned – inside and out – as well as the inside of the windows.
All the tasks that are part of a regular house cleaning – including cleaning, vacuuming, and surface cleaning – are also done during an End of Tenancy cleaning.
For most cleaning companies, you will have to provide a parking space that’s big enough for a van, and it should be as close as possible to the property.
We currently only use cargo bikes to transport our equipments. This makes us flexible in terms of parking. We are allowed to park in most places without reservation.
Should you have any special requirements, please let us know in the “Any extra task or information” section of the form.
Please note that End of Tenancy cleaning does not include the cleaning of walls or ceilings.
The cleaning period depends on the size of the property and its condition, as well as if any extra services needs to be carried out. Our End of Tenancy cleaning service is unlimited in time. This means our cleaners will clean until the cleaning is completed.
Please bear in mind that our cleaners need access to electricity, hot running water and lights to perform their job to a professional standard. Your inability to provide all three will hamper their job or even make it impossible.
The property should be fully cleared. The only items that should be left in the house are those staying in the house after your tenancy ends.
Your fridge/freezer and cupboards should be emptied in advance of the cleaning.
We work Monday to Saturday every week, excluding Christmas and New Years day.
This depends on the size of the property. For example, one professional cleaner can clean a studio flat but it requires at least two cleaners to clean a 2 or 3 bedroom property.
We’ll always provide the right number of cleaners to complete the job within the agreed time.
If you have extra cleaning requirement such as cleaning your patio, balcony or jetwashing your stone steps and driveways, you can include it in the “Any extra task or information” section of the form.
Please note that we don’t currently clean the outside of windows.
